Two Bumps Found

As we approach the celebration of Mynga's last Chemo treatment (Thurs the 11th), we are met with some nerves surrounding two small bumps we found on Mynga's head. Josh found them about 10 days ago, soon after her previous Chemotherapy appt. They are very small in size, but what has us worried is that (1) they are located on her head - which is where her MCT would spread first since the orginal MCT was on her ear. And (2) she is scratching at them. This concerns us the most because MCTs produce a histamine that makes it itchy for the dog. I caught Mynga today trying to reach it with her back foot, my stomach dropped - this worries me.

I have called VMS and spoken to the oncologist assistant (since our oncologist is on maternity leave). Great timing, huh!! Mynga's appt is on Thursday and hopefully we will have confirmed information then. This would be devastating news, complete shock to how well the treatment is going.
